Welcome to LuidKit! LuidKit is part of Luid Suite, a collection of integrated productivity apps operated by an independent developer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the luidkit.com website (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

LuidKit provides a comprehensive suite of digital tools including file converters, data generators, encoders/decoders, formatters, a secure password vault, and various other utilities. Many tools operate locally within your web browser, while some features may utilize secure cloud processing.

The Service offers both all available and premium subscription tiers. All available features are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features and higher usage limits.

2. Subscription and Payments

Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a premium plan:

  • You agree to pay the subscription fees at the rates displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • To submit false or misleading information.
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
  • To process files that contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users, such as the files they process), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Luid Suite and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain full ownership of the files and data you process using the Service. We do not claim any rights over your files.

5. Disclaimers

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Luid Suite does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Luid Suite or its operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Luid Suite and its operator from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
